Shock Pulse Monitoring

Shock Pulse Monitoring is used by Airtec to predict a potential failure of component parts so we’re prepared in advance. Experience has proven that planned repairs are far more cost-effective than any unplanned failures. Each Airtec service engineer is equipped with a T100 or T30 Shock Pulse Monitor and use single point of contact sensors for reliable results.

Airtec trend all SPM readings and complete a monthly audit of the results. This work is recorded and the customers are notified if a sufficient trend provides a cause for concern.

Shock Pulse Monitoring can also be incorporated into a service package to enable the maximum reliability of your compressed air system.
